30 Week Maternity Photos

We took 30 week maternity photos a week ago and got them back today. I just wanted to share a few of them on here that were my favorites. I love ENB Photography, who did my photos, we had a lot of fun.

This one I love and the one below because in between pictures Justin thought it was funny to blow on my belly button. Which kept making me laugh and giggle.

I love the heart hands, this little guy is my whole world.

This one came out so pretty, Justin and I making a heart on my belly over Aries.

I really like the symbolism in this one, because it is half Justin and half me making a heart, and that's exactly what this baby is, half of each of us.

I really loved all our photos and can't wait to go back for more after our little one is born.

Pregnancy Dreams

I am 10 weeks along now, and man have the dreams revved into over time! I have very vivid dreams every night I sleep, and extremely often when I nap. The reason I am having these extra dreams is because my body is being flooded pregnancy hormones progesterone, estrogen and human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG). These are causing all kinds of interesting things.

Now, the one that has really caught my attention is one of my latest dreams. In this dream all my nieces and nephews where there and all school age. Also I was temporarily homeless and meet some crazy people! I think since the kids played such a role in this dream it was me thinking and wondering what my child will look like and act like. There are so many factors to play in, that who knows 'who' is going to pop out of me in July! Other parts of my dream include me discovering a pool and finding weird places to get scrap metal from. I think the pool is me looking for comfort and the scrapping is my concern on money.
No nightmares yet, but I have read once you get far enough along on your pregnancy your baby moving and kicking can influence your dreams. Which I find interesting and scary because I want to feel my baby move, but the idea of something alive inside me is a little creepy. Horror movies have ruined some things for me.

Pinterest

Pinterest. The first time I heard the word I was mostly confused. The first person who told me about it made it sound like eh. So did I get into the Pinterest craze right away? No, not really. The main reason being I had no concept of what it really was. Pinterest is a private community for the creative. Or I should say that is what it is for me. It is a gathering place for ideas and concepts. Want to learn how to knit? Start at Pinterest. I guarantee they will have suggestions for buying the cheapest supplies, how to do it, and a pattern for anything you could want. Want to share your fashion sense? Start a board for it. All ideas are gathered in the form of boards. Similar to the idea of pinning a picture to a bulletin board. Other people can come along and pin your picture to their board so they can use it later. I have a board just for a Wishlist. So if I ever had a friend who wanted to shop for me, I can always refer them to my Wishlist for helpful ideas. I also have one to keep all my wedding ideas together and one for crafts I want to make. I learned to decoupage from links I found on Pinterest! Pinterest is a exclusive community so you must be referred or approved to join first. I was very lucky to have a facebook friend who was able to refer me. Below are just a few of the neat ideas I have used off Pinterest in my home!

Above: This is the condiments drawer in my fridge. I hated fishing around for what I wanted so I often never used them at all. I went to Target and for 88 cents each got these little plastic trays that fit right in the drawer. I sorted out what we had and now it is easy to find what we need right away!

Above: This is most of the ribbon I own. With Chris's help we built me a productive display that hangs from the ceiling so that I can pull off any amount that I want of ribbon or I can easily remove the rod and pull the roll off itself. It is also very light weight. This cost me about $6 to make.

Above: I found this idea to be brilliant. We originally had our batteries every where. Then we had narrowed them down to a drawer. Well they still rolled around every where and we never knew if we had very many of one type, etc. Well, now we put them in a small tackle type box that I paid a $1 for at a auction. Now the batteries are always sorted and I know when we are low on one size or another so I can keep it stocked!

Kat Von D

With my new job, I have been able to watch LA Ink everyday, Monday through Friday. So I knew of Kat Von Drachenburg, or more commonly known as Kat Von D before watching the show. Since I have been watching it I have become more interested with her as a person.
After watching several episodes I am completely blown away at how amazing she is as a artist. She really understands what the person wants and is great at bringing out the real image and meaning that the customer is looking for.

I really also admire how confident she is in her own body and appearance. Society today is so harsh on how we should look and act, and she takes her unusual look and makes it something truly beautiful to behold.

I am more the conservative body artist, with only one small tattoo myself. Her style is inspiring me to consider more for myself. I would have to say she is a pretty inspirational woman!

All the pictures for this blog post were found on a google search of her name. I basically wanted to show off her brilliant tattoos as well as her grace.

My Heart

I finally finished my button heart! I uploaded two pictures of it against two different backgrounds, so you could see the colors of it well. I love how it turned out. It did take several sessions, but actually only used 3/4 of a .66 once bottle of Dollar Tree glue.

Yay for October

I absolutely love the month of October. I love the leaves changing, the cool breeze, and of course Halloween! Dressing up is such a blast. I already have a cute sign on the door and will be putting up more decor soon. Our internet gets hooked up tomorrow and I am very excited for that. It means no more blogging from my phone and more interesting blogs as well. I really have no clue if I havr loyal readers or not. If I do I thank you all for keeping up with me and reading what I write. I love writing and love I get this outlet to do so. I will be uploading a lot of pictures and art I do after tomorrow. I just bought a new printer today that is also a scanner, so much better pictures of my art work to come!

Droid X

Well, today I upgraded my phone. Which was desperately needed because the one I had was severely lacking in memory. So with my options and price range ahead of me, I went to the Verizon store on Towne Blvd in Middletown, Ohio. Which, by the way, is my local store. I did have the option of a samsung phone that was similar and cheaper, but overall was literally less phone. So I ended up spending $200 out of pocket, and getting the Droid X. So far my experience with it has been great. I am loving the huge amount of space. I have 3 GB on my SD card and 6 GB internal storage remaining. It is all touch screen, which I have previously used with my iPhone. So that isn't too bad. One of main key points that led me to this phone was the size. It is really big like the iPhone as well. Which makes it easier to work with. Even though I have always preached you buy a phone to use as a phone, I don't use a phone as a phone any more. This is my Internet, GPS, text messaging, weather checking, facebook updating, calculator, camera, that also is a phone. It is crazy, because six years ago when I got my first cell phone, it was literally just that, a cell phone.

Just think, if we can go that far in six years, what can the future hold for us?

Hair Cut?

Yeah, I just jump at the chance to make a pretty edited photo. But I have been thinking about my hair lately, to keep my mind off other things. I loved having long hair and I have really enjoyed having short hair too. So I am going out on a limb here to ask the opinions of others. In a weird way I am going through a weird mid-life crisis at 23. I chopped off my hair, I want a tattoo, and I really want to learn to ride a motorcycle. All things I never even considered before! So back to the hair, should I grow it back out, or cut it shorter again?

It has been a while since I have written. I have been so busy with life. Recently I moved two houses down from my mom. Being close to her is very wonderful. I like being able to see her any time I want and we go places together all the time. I have been working hard to get things ready to become a parent. It has been fun and interesting to getting things ready. I got rid of the cats and now only have four little dogs. House training is coming alone very well. But I do have little escape artists, who like to find new ways to get out of the fenced yard. Although I have donated over 50 boxes of stuff to the salvation army this year, I still have much more stuff to go through and get done. My goal is not to have to have a storage unit or at least get down to one! My mom still has two huge ones and they are full!! My book is coming along in pieces, weird little pieces. So I am not sure how that will end up. I started a new job, which ensued enough stress that I have decided to leave the library. I am really going to miss working there very much. I love books and wish the house I lived in now had the kind of room I needed for all my books. A lot of my stuff is packed up, so I really need to sort it all so I can have access to what I need to use. Having things in a storage really is pointless most of the time. I have been kicking butt on photo albums, not only for me but for family as well. Kinda going through a photo frenzy. That's about it for an update on my life. There is probably more, but I am slightly overwhelmed with it all.

Super Bargain Shopping Trip!

Okay, so I had a little time today to make it out to Walmart thanks to my friend Jeremy. The roads are really snowy and bad so he was nice enough to drive me out there. They were having a big sale on the Miley Cyrus/ Max Azria line of clothes, Valentines Day clothes, and some other odds and ends they had. So I went and got myself some really nice stuff really cheap! I ended up spending roughly $45 and I came home and added up the tag value WITHOUT tax which came to $235!! That means I saved $190! Which for some of the tags I couldn't find the full price but a previous mark down price only. So that means I saved even more, I just don't know how much. This was a AWESOME trip over all!! I also got a outfit for my mom and for my little brother!

This is a sexy bomber jacket for only $3, when it was orginally $20!
These jeans were orginally $15 each and I got two pairs for only $3 each. One pair for me and my mom.

These two sets are sweatshirt/jackets with Tshirts, and I paid only $3 each! The one is Betty Boop and the other is Tinker Bell.

Then these three shirts I paid only $1 each and they are from the Miley Cyrus/ Max Azria line, very cute, and I am going to wear a thin strap tank underneath.

iPhone

I don't think I every really put up a post about my new phone. Jeremy got me a awesome early birthday present. He got me the Apple iPhone!! I love it. I have been using it for everything. It has tons of different applications, such as: Text, Calender, Photos, Camera, Contacts, YouTube, Maps(with GPS), Clock, Calculator, Notes, iTunes, Weather, Email, Internet, and iPod. Then I down loaded a few of my own which were Brain Tuner, a game that helps get your mind sharp, Tap Tap, Jeremys choice there, and very similar to guitar hero. Also I have an app to monitor my menstrual cycles, and the game Mahjong,as well as solitaire. I also got a app to monitor my cash flow. I am reading a book now I have down loaded through an app called Stanza. I also keep my work schedule in there, and any important appointments. So with a few taps I can access all my information. No need to find a phone book, I can hop online and look up a business and tap the number and my phone will call it. I can also access my voicemail without calling it. While I am on the phone talking I can also access and use all the applications. Which comes in handy. I haven't mastered the phone yet, but I find new ways to use it everyday. Which has been a blast. I never get behind and I have more free time now actually. Because I can check my email frequently, I spend less time on the computer. So yeah, my new favorite thing is my iPhone.

Odd Pictures

This is just a kick-ass pair of shoes I own. I love sneakers.

This is some really awesome cross stitch that Krystal did.

Then this is Krystals hair from the back after I did it up one night.

New Pictures of Krystal and Dale

I know they aren't big on PDA so I just posted up my three favorite pictures we took the night we all hung out!

Hehe, I love that I got Dales picture without him knowing!

New Pictures of Me and Justin

These are new pictures of me and Justin over the past couple of weeks. I love him sooo much!

We were over at Krystals and he would not behave!

Then some one thought it would be good for him to hold me.

But just being close to him makes me so happy.

Except every now and then I wonder if he is a little retard.

New Pictures of Me

Just some new pictures of me, taken over the past few weeks!

Picture Post! Puppies!

This is Coco, all fat and very very pregnant. She was miserable poor thing!

But Coco proudly popped out four beautiful puppies!!

Sam decided to inspect them and still isn't impressed much.

Poor Coco, she feeds them all at once and it is like they are sucking the life out of her little body!!
