Planning A Trip

Well, after many factors were considered, I have decided to take a trip to South Carolina to visit friends and family. My mother in law passed away about a week and half ago, and there is still so much left to do. Along with that I could really use the escape from things here. I am very stressed about finding a house, and the weather has been horrible. I fell down the steps on our front porch today, and seriously bruised my butt. So all in all I have had enough of this Ohio winter. My new van is currently in the shop, but as soon as I get it out then I will be packing up and hitting the road. I plan on staying for 2 or 3 weeks, getting my van worked on, as well as driving Chris around to help him get some things done he needs to do. We might also go to the beach, and hit up my old favorite flea market. Overall I am pretty excited for the trip. I am 25 weeks pregnant today, and feeling pretty good. And of course my baby Coco will be going with me, as well as her son Quinn.

Super Bargain Shopping Trip!

Okay, so I had a little time today to make it out to Walmart thanks to my friend Jeremy. The roads are really snowy and bad so he was nice enough to drive me out there. They were having a big sale on the Miley Cyrus/ Max Azria line of clothes, Valentines Day clothes, and some other odds and ends they had. So I went and got myself some really nice stuff really cheap! I ended up spending roughly $45 and I came home and added up the tag value WITHOUT tax which came to $235!! That means I saved $190! Which for some of the tags I couldn't find the full price but a previous mark down price only. So that means I saved even more, I just don't know how much. This was a AWESOME trip over all!! I also got a outfit for my mom and for my little brother!

This is a sexy bomber jacket for only $3, when it was orginally $20!
These jeans were orginally $15 each and I got two pairs for only $3 each. One pair for me and my mom.

These two sets are sweatshirt/jackets with Tshirts, and I paid only $3 each! The one is Betty Boop and the other is Tinker Bell.

Then these three shirts I paid only $1 each and they are from the Miley Cyrus/ Max Azria line, very cute, and I am going to wear a thin strap tank underneath.

World of Warcraft

Wow, it has been over a month since I have posted on here. I guess I really haven't been in the blogging spirit much lately, but there is nothing like a good snow storm to get you stuck indoors and make you want to write! Especially when Blizzard chose now to download their new patch, and made my game sooo laggy that I can't play.
Which makes me wanna throw my laptop across the room. :)
ANYWAYS! I have come to the realization that I am a little more then addicted the game and I am trying during this down time to find other enjoyable activities to do. Like I have a new book from my House of Night series to read. I am the 5th book call Hunted. Which I have read most of it today and it has been really awesome so far. They only have one more book out right now. If I had gotten over to my mom's before the snow hit I could have been working on my Christmas cards. I don't have many to send, and she has some nice variety ones I can have. My mom always has everything in bulk.
I am kinda happy for all the snow, I am liking being closed in. Now it is a good thing, but in a few weeks it will be cabin fever like crazy!
This year has gone by really fast. It is hard to believe it is Christmas time again already. I am usually way more prepared for things like this, with gifts and such, but this year I am totally behind. I have fallen under the category of the last minute shopper!
I guess the main reason I wanted to write was because I was stressed about not being able to get onto World of Warcraft. I have made it to be an officer in my guild and I am holding our first contest, which is today! I can't even get online to play or help. So I kinda feel like a failure on that end. I know it isn't really my fault, but now I am kinda stressed on the inside. Well, I am gonna go spend some quality cuddle time with Justin. Wish me luck on getting my game to work right!

There has been so much yet so little going on here really. I rearranged the bedroom to make it better for when Coco has her puppies in a few weeks. She is huge so I assume at least three. She is handling it very well, except, she does whine more now. I love her though.
I have come to realize I do not like Justin when he is tired. He gets very grumpy. Not that he really does anything, but just his attitude. Which usually makes me think he is mad at me. So first I am hurt, and then kinda sad. Then after a while I end up getting mad at him being a grouch. Now that he has left for work, I just feel bad that he has to work tonight, when he is so sleepy. I am really proud of him. We talked to the people at TPI and we are both being considered for their next round of interviews. I am very excited about that.
I got the dishes caught up, and a decent about of house work done, with the exception of laundry. We still have no washing machine. Which is starting to look bad, because when I cleaned out the bedroom I found a bunch of laundry that had been stashed at the end of the bed. So along with regular laundry there is extra laundry.
It has been weird for me to have two days off in a row, but I go back to work tomorrow, and then not another day off for five days straight. I don't mind really. If I don't go to work, I get some serious cabin fever going on because of all the snow. The car won't start right now because of it being below zero or just too close. Plus Magnum hasn't called about getting the parts in for the car yet. When they call though I need to get it up there and hopefully this problem will go away. If it weren't for the car trouble it has caused me, I honestly wouldn't mind winter. It is a part of life and can be very beautiful. But I needed to do things, like go over to my moms to balance my check book, and take swap stuff to the post office. I really miss doing lots of swaps. I loved getting the mail.
Every year for the past four years I think, I have just decided I wanted one big thing for my birthday. Two different years it was a sewing machine, one year was my digital camera, and last year was my laptop. I have decided what I want this year and it is a weird request for sure. I want these clothing racks that are commercial grade Z racks. They use them at goodwill and I looked them up on amazon.com and found out how much they cost. There are two different ones and I need two of each I think. Maybe more, but that would be an awesome start. They run roughly at $80 each with shipping. There are some sellers on ebay that have some that are about $20 to $30 cheaper, but we all know ebay changes day to day. But these racks are on wheels, and are meant to carry very heavy loads. I have killed every single clothing rack walmart carries. I have even bought their super heavy duty ones, and I have put them in their grave. I just own so much clothes and there is so much I want to hang up. It is the best storage method so I can get to everything I need to. Plus if I get these racks, I can push one aside while I look through another. Almost using them like you would turn the pages of a book. But I will have to wait and see how we are sitting in June. That is when I plan to refinance the house and hopefully start the remodel on the basement.

There is nothing like the power of guys when a girl gets upset! We were trying really hard to move the lumina by hand and it wasn't working at all. The front drivers side tire got flat and stuck in the ground over time and the other front tire was sunk in as well. After I realized that we had no tow chains, I got really upset, because we just couldn't come with a way to get it out. But then it dawned on me that we could jack it up and put some boards under the wheels. So Mike busted his ass getting them jacked up and we got boards stuck under there. We still couldn't get it moved, so we had Mike use this big SUV to push it. Which was awesome and scary all at once. I had to ride and steer the wheel. Then once we had it backed up, we tried to push it forward and it didn't go very far by hand, so once again he pushed with his truck. Which got it where it needed to be. Not that we will be able to get it out of there any time soon. But using our ghetto red neck ways, we all got it done. It was me, Mike, Justin, and Jeremy. Thanks guys, you are awesome!

I think everyone is starting to feel better after the major sickness. I am doing ok, still kinda sick, and Justin is doing so much better. My family is pretty good except for mom. I haven't been hungry since I threw up on sunday. Which I have eaten, but just because it hurt. I think I only eat because of the pain anymore. I worked on my snowmen ornaments I am making. They are almost done. I got another one in the mail today. I am not sure what it has to do with Christmas. But it is neat. I am reading the third twilight book right now. It is really really good. I saw the movie in theater with Mike over the weekend, and it was AWESOME. I love twilight. Mike is actually loaning me the third book that I am reading. It has snowed a bunch the past few days and it has made the roads pretty bad out. I think me and Justin are using sand this year instead of ice melt for the dogs sake and to help the drive way. Justins car died at WalMart and Butch help me go get it today. He thinks we have a fuel injector out. I am not sure. I have to figure out if we can get it to a shop this week. Jeremy has been driving us around. He is hanging out with my brother today. I watched tv with Mickey for a while. Which was fun. I like hanging out with my siblings. The Sebring is still up at the tow place, and I have to figure out what to do with it, because it is racking up a bill every day it is there. Today is my last day off until Christmas. It is so weird how time went by so fast.

Today was a pretty good day in the end. I got to spend a lot of time after work with Justin. Jeremy and me both have gym memberships now, so we can work out together. Which will be fun. Justin got some of his Christmas shopping done and I am going to wrap more presents tomorrow. I have to make a bunch of phone calls about jobs and my one credit card. I tried to use it for a small purchase and it got denied, which is weird because I have a good amount available on it. SO I am gonna call and figure out what the deal is. Then I need to call my other card company and have then reissue me a card, because I have miss placed it around the house and I want to use some of it. I haven't used them in months. Then Justin has to call the one company he goes through and change his rates. In three days I will have worked at WalMart for two months. I am not doing swaps for a while, but when the opportunity arises I pick up things really cheap for my swaps. Like I got wind up sushi for a quarter a piece. Sounds weird, but I think it will be a good trade gift for on swap bot. It has been snowing like hell here and the roads suck.

I got this new bottle of face wash. It is the Clean & Clear Morning Burst facial scrub. I really like it. It smells really good. It exfoliates and doesn't burn the way some scrubs do for me. I need to get a new lofa, my old one was eaten by dogs. Love them, but they are a pain in the butt. If I don't wash my face enough then it itches. Which wouldn't be so bad, but I itch it at work, and don't realize I am doing it at all. Then some one will point out that part of my face is red. Justin is sweet, he keeps me from itching or chewing on my nails. I don't really bite them, but they have been breaking off so much lately, that when they get jagged I bite them. So I have to watch or I will completely chew them off! I have never had some one watch out as closely for me as Justin does, it can be wonderful( though some times annoying.) I wouldn't trade him for the world.

I didn't get anything done around the house today. Justin did, he is amazing. He cleaned instead of sleeping for work. We broke our drain plug for the sink and we are having a hard time finding a new one that fits right. So dishes keep getting postponed. I got a awesome deal on some tupperware tonight. They were only 75 cents for two really big bowls, and a tiny one. They were in sets like that, so we got two. I need to organize my tupperware and get rid of stuff with no lids or bottoms. They have some other tupperware on sale and I will see if they have any more tomorrow.

Asia ripped into one of the Christmas presents. I will have to re-wrap it now. I don't mind too much because she didn't hurt the present. I rearranged the dinning room and the little brat can jump and climb on more stuff then Garth and Coco can. So she is a pain. She can be really smart too and knows how to get around things. I had to put a baby lock on the cabinet under the sink because she figured that one out! But she is a sweet dog, and still just a puppy. She just turned five months old a few days ago.

I worked today and it wasn't too bad. My job really isn't that great. But my 90 days is up in a week or so and I am hoping to either duel or go to another department. Brandons department may have an opening real soon. So I hope I can get on there. Coco is asleep in my lap and Zoe is alseep at my feet. I am very close to all my pets, and feel like I have the right balance in my house. We have so many people, so many plants, and so many pets. I think we all live in harmony very well. After working today and driving the chevy for the first time a long distance, I realize things aren't so bad. I have been pretty depressed lately, and I think I may be over it all now. I think the accident and that my parents think I can't sell my house is what really brought me down. I have decided that if I can't sell it I may rent it out. But we would have to save up some money first so that we could afford two houses if no one was renting it. Plus I still have to get it all refinanced. Which they won't do right now because I have not owned it long enough. So all I need is time, patience ,and money.
It is so weird outside right now. There is so much snow on the ground and stuff that it reflects all the light back up and the sky is always a bright orange. Like it is 6 am all the time.

First Snow

I have not blogged in a while. I keep intending to but, I have been really busy. Yesterday and the day before were my first two days of work. The orientation went very well. I wasn't too bored and actually had some fun. I am now TIPS certified. Our water went out here at the house, because Jeremy broke a valve. It really wasn't his fault. He just set a box on a pipe that was about to die anyway. When Chris removed it he told me that it was corroded. Things are going pretty well now. Today is my day off. I don't work again until Saturday. I am excited about it. I am not sure when I get off though. Because it says I work from 2pm to close. Well if you know Prairie Meadows, you would know that it is open 24 hours a day. I am going to be working part time, but as soon as a full time position opens up I am going to try to go after it for sure. I don't get any benefits or anything until I am full time. Me and Mom still aren't getting along. It really bums me out. She promised that her and Butch would help out with all these repairs with the house and they just let me down again. Chris is starting to pull through for me though. He has some one lined up to do the re-wiring. Plus we are going to be working on water proofing the basement soon. I am really excited about that.
Oh and the most exciting thing that has happened all day is today was first snow!! And oh boy is it snowing. It has been snowing for like the past couple of hours, and I think we are coming up on 6 inches! If it keeps coming at this rate, then we may have a foot or more! At first it was kind of light,, and then the big fluffy flakes started coming down. It is sticking to everything but the road. There it just turns kinda mushy.
Zoe my cat has been out and about a lot more lately. I like having her around. It is like a sign of leisure and comfort. She is always resting some where. Her usual spot is on the small table in the middle of the room. Right now she is laying on my sewing table, right in front of the window. There must be something special about the spot because she isn't getting any warmth, and no sun really. It is still light out, but it is usually dark around five now. Chris told me the other night that it was very weird to him for it to be so dark so early.
The puppies have been good. Garth is getting more and more social. He will come and curl up with you now while you are watching TV. But don't let Coco see, because then she will have to be on your lap too. Then the fighting will ensue. They are funny yo watch play. I love them to death. I was worried for a while that I was allergic to Garth, because it seemed like when I was around him my sinuses would act up. But now I realize it is just the season and I have try to keep things more clean inside. I have to vacuum a lot more because the dander can get to me. I made sure to pick up some anti-histamines at the store, so when I do get all stuffed up I have some thing I can take. Plus Jeremy has been having the same issue.
Chris has been doing okay health wise, with he exception of his fatigue. His job is really straining him because he is not on a regular work schedule. So I don't know how to help him. He says he wants another job, but wants to keep this job. Which I understand he is good at it, plus it is very secure. They need him and trust him there. But he needs to make more money. He said that he would wait on getting his own car so he could get a computer for his college. But I think he is going to regret that choice once he has to walk home from work in the snow. I don't know what to do though. I am going to have to wait and see what my pay checks are going to look like first.
Speaking of pay, I am hoping that I do get a lot of hours, because I want to be able to get Chris and Jeremy good Christmas gifts. I want this Christmas to be really special. Since it is the first one in our new home. Plus the three of us will be here all together. Oh and I don't know if I put this on here yet, but Jeremy has found out when he starts college. I can't remember the exact date, but it is in the beginning of Feb. SO I am really excited for him. I am so proud of him too, all his hard work. He is getting straight A's. Plus he has lost a lot of weight. He just really amazes me. That's why he totally deserves a wonderfully awesome Christmas gift.
