I love how when the dogs get tired, they all do at the same time. They cuddle up together and drape themselves over each other. It is a adorable heart warming thing to see. Even if they fight and play and get on each others nerves they all come together in the end. Which is kind of how the relationships in this house work together. We all fight and play but still come together to relay on each other when we need each other the most. Trust me, they mostly get on my nerves. Like no one knows how to wash a dish or run a load of laundry unless I tell them too. We actually ran out of plates and forks!! That's how it is sometimes though. We aren't prefect by far, but we work together pretty well most the time. Justin and I got the kitchen cleaned up. I worked on the living room while he hand washed some dishes. Not everything can be put in the dish washer. He has never had one before, so he is learning the rules. Plus I am teaching him the best ways to keep the kitchen cleaner, faster. I am going to start taking clothes to the consignment shop soon. I haven't done that in a long time. With Christmas coming up it never hurts to try and find some extra money. Boys are much more expensive to buy for. At least, all the men in my life are. Chris is going to be easier this year, because he got his big gift early. I bought him a new computer a few months ago. I don't want him to feel left out on the day though, so I am getting him several little gifts. I need to take an inventory, because I have a lot of people already bought for. I got awesome Christmas gifts last year on black Friday. So I am hoping I can do similar this year.

I still need to sell the puppies really badly, our house was not meant to have so many animals! Now, if they didn't poop, that would be a different story. Coco is doing good, I was worried about her for a while. She had long term bleeding after the puppies were born. I took her to the vet and he cleared her, and put her on a watch. I can happily say though she has stopped all her bleeding. Quinn, which is Chris's puppy, is growing up to be a big white turd. He definitely has a personality. He is going to be one unique dog for sure. I am getting really attached to the first born puppy. She is all black with a little white. We call her Tubby. It was supposed to be more of a label name so we could identify her until she was sold, but it is gonna stick I think. She is my little chunky thing. She has big paws, so I am sure she is gonna be big like Asia. I love all my dogs though. It is hard to try not to get too attached to the ones that will go to new homes.

I had my first review at the library and got a raise! I am really enjoy working there. Books and I were meant to be together for sure. When ever I go to Des Moines we always stop at Boarders. I love this book store. It is wonderful! I love that they have a dollar book table and then they always have great sales too. I almost always find a wonderful book on sale that I love. This last trip I got a huge book called 'The Vampire Book: The Encyclopedia of the Undead'. It has over 900 pages of vampire information. I plan on reading everything. I am pretty vampire obsessed. I have been reading the House of Night book series. Justin has a Boarders membership, so when we buy things he earns points.
He was able to find a ton of vampire stories for me. He is into the 39 clues books. So he keeps up with them on there.
We still have a ton of unpacking to do, we have kind of took a break from that. I have been keeping an eye out for Christmas shopping. Holden is the hardest one to buy for. I took him over to his girlfriends house today. She is really nice and I like him spending time with her. He always has nice things to say about her.
I bought Coco a doggy shirt on sale at WalMart. She has been wearing it for a few days, and it looks really cute. I got it for her because she always seems to be cold lately. We still have all the puppies here. I really want to sell them. You just don't realize how much dogs can poop!!
Chris has been working weird shifts the past couple of weeks. He will work like 12 to 16 hours for a few days then be off work for 3 or 4 days. It has been hard on him.
I made up treat bags of Halloween candy for the three of us. I got the candy on sale on the first. The boys really liked it. Oh and I had Mickey with me when we went, and I got a dozen cupcakes to split. We don't really need 12 cupcakes for three people. So I gave them six and took six home.
Sam is a pathetic cuddle monster of a cat. I am trying to write this and he comes and throws himself across my right arm. He just purrs his heart away. Zoe has been super loving as well. I wonder if it is because she wants attention or because it is cold out.
This fall has been going pretty well so far.

Changes

Wow, it has been a long time since I have written, but that's okay. I have been super busy with a lot of different things! First off Coco's puppies will be nine weeks old on Sunday and they are still for sale! As well as Egypt, who is eight months old this month. We couldn't get our basement fixed at our old house, so we decided moving was the best option. After being given a long run around, we were able to get financed to buy a three bedroom manufactured home at the Sunrise Terrace Mobile Home park. The house has to stay here for four years, after that we plan on moving it to some land we plan on buying between now and then. We moved in here the last week of September, and so far I love it here. We are building custom shelves into the living room wall, so we have a nice place to store all our movies in there. I have been working on sanding and staining the wood myself. Chris is the builder and puts it all together. I think I am going to put one big shelf in my bedroom as well, for all my books. The master bedroom has a large garden tub that looks like a hot tub! I love all the space we have here. Plus they gave us our own space to store my car. Justin finally got me to go to one of this Pokemon tournaments with him. I played and had a blast. We are planning on going back again.
The house is still a moving mess for the most part. I don't work at Wal-Mart anymore. I got fired for stupid reasons, which was proven since I get unemployment from them. I still work at the library, but I am looking for a desk job at a hotel preferably. My Lyme's is up and down right now, I haven't finished transferring all my paper work yet so I can see my family doctor, instead of the dude in Grinnel who was ripping us off. I have been having big issues with putting things off lately, I know about things I have to get done, but I just seem to forget until I am in bed at night. It is very frustrating. I have been working on it.
A couple of days ago, we decided to take on a special needs dog. Her name is Lulu and she came from a drug house. She is ten weeks old and can't walk. Basically our goal is in the next six months is to teach her how to walk and be a normal dog her age. She is a sweet white terrier mix. She is always so happy too. Today we got her to play with all the puppies and it was pretty fun. We did have one couple come and look at buying one of the puppies today, but they said they would have to think about it. They were looking for a smaller chihuahua then these. Mine at the biggest are only ten pounds, but then I guess they were looking for something tiny. I really need to get at least one sold because I am taking Coco in to get fixed in a week and a half. So I could really use the money for that.
My family has the flu, so I am avoiding them for now. I have started my Christmas shopping. Everyday is a challenge to unpack more and get stuff done!

Almost Free

Well, I have been inspired by some one who is a dick! I often write reviews of businesses I like on the Yahoo! business review. Well, some jerk decided that he doesn't like my positive review of the business. So I am going to do a in depth review on here of the experience I had at the store.
Almost Free
Located at 415 E Euclid Ave, Des Moines, IA 50313
Phone number is (515) 883-2888
I haven't been but a handful of times, but every time I go I wish I could come back more often. I live a good distance away from there so I really can't get there often. The last time I went my boyfriend found two really awesome older games he had been looking for. We hadn't been able to afford these games used at a local store because they were nearly $30 each! We got them at Almost Free for only $4.00 each. We noticed that they had brand new VHS movies for only 5o cents each. Which we still watch them and I have family that does too! I collect a certain time of cat figurine, it has to look a certain way to fit into my collection and they are very hard to find. They actually had three there and they were even willing to negotiate on the price. Now I promise this is a very honest review! The store was a little hot, and it may have been a little dusty. The stuff they had for sale though was in good shape, and for the prices it was a nice store. No, you aren't going to get a super organized Wal-Mart setting. It is a little disorderly, but it makes it fun to explore. They also had a large box of free items out front. They have a good variety of brand new, used, and very used items. It is a good place to shop if you don't have a huge wallet. Every where I go I am looking for a bargain. I got two huge rolls of shelf paper there one time I went for only a dollar. I would go back, and I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

The Ugly Truth

A friend of mine posted this on their facebook page, and I found so many of these things true to me and truly funny! Read and see how many you relate to!

--More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can think about is that I can't wait for them to finish so that I can tell my own story that's not only better, but also more directly involves me.

--Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

--That's enough, Nickelback.

--I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger.

--Do you remember when you were a kid, playing Nintendo and it wouldn't work? You take the cartridge out, blow in it and that would magically fix the problem. Every kid in America did that, but how did we all know how to fix the problem? There was no Internet or message boards or FAQ's. We just figured it out. Today's kids are soft.

--There is a great need for sarcasm font.

--Sometimes, I'll watch a movie that I watched when I was younger and suddenly realize I had no idea what the hell was going on when I first saw it.

--I think everyone has a movie that they love so much, it actually becomes stressful to watch it with other people. I'll end up wasting 90 minutes shiftily glancing around to confirm that every one's laughing at the right parts, then making sure I laugh just a little bit harder (and a millisecond earlier) to prove that I'm still the only one who really, really gets it.

--How the hell are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet?

--I would rather try to carry 10 plastic grocery bags in each hand than take 2 trips to bring my groceries in.

--I think part of a best friend's job should be to immediately clear your computer history if you die.

--The only time I look forward to a red light is when I'm trying to finish a text.

--Was learning cursive really necessary?

--I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.

--Whenever someone says "I'm not book smart, but I'm street smart", all I hear is "I'm not real smart, but I'm imaginary smart".

--MapQuest really needs to start their directions on #5. Pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood.

--I find it hard to believe there are actually people who get in the shower first and THEN turn on the water.

--Shirts get dirty. Underwear gets dirty. Pants? Pants never get dirty, and you can wear them forever.

--I can't remember the last time I wasn't at least kind of tired.

--Bad decisions make good stories.

--Why is it that during an ice-breaker, when the whole room has to go around and say their name and where they are from, I get so incredibly nervous? Like I know my name, I know where I'm from, this shouldn't be a problem....

--You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you've made up your mind that you just aren't doing anything productive for the rest of the day.

--Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after DVDs? I don't want to have to restart my collection.

--I'm always slightly terrified when I exit out of Word and it asks me if I want to save any changes to my ten page research paper that I swear I did not make any changes to.

--I hate being the one with the remote in a room full of people watching TV. There's so much pressure. 'I love this show, but will they judge me if I keep it on? I bet everyone is wishing we weren't watching this. It's only a matter of time before they all get up and leave the room. Will we still be friends after this?'

--While watching the Olympics, I find myself cheering equally for China and USA. No, I am not of Chinese descent, but I am fairly certain that when Chinese athletes don't win, they are executed.

--I hate when I just miss a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello? Damnit!), but when I immediately call back, it rings nine times and goes to voicemail. What'd you do after I didn't answer? Drop the phone and run away?

--I hate leaving my house confident and looking good and then not seeing anyone of importance the entire day. What a waste.

--It should probably be called Unplanned Parenthood.

--I keep some people's phone numbers in my phone just so I know not to answer when they call.

--Even if I knew your social security number, I wouldn't know what do to with it.

--Even under ideal conditions people have trouble locating their car keys in a pocket, hitting the G-spot, and Pinning the Tail on the Donkey - but I'd bet my ass everyone can find and push the Snooze button from 3 feet away, in about 1.7 seconds, eyes closed, first time every time...

--It really pisses me off when I want to read a story on CNN.com and the link takes me to a video instead of text.

--I wonder if cops ever get pissed off at the fact that everyone they drive behind obeys the speed limit.

--I think the freezer deserves a light as well.

--I disagree with Kay Jewelers. I would bet on any given Friday or Saturday night more kisses begin with Miller Lites than Kay.

--The other night I ordered takeout, and when I looked in the bag, saw they had included four sets of plastic silverware. In other words, someone at the restaurant packed my order, took a second to think about it, and then estimated that there must be at least four people. Too bad I was eating by myself.
