Floor Down!
Well, thanks again to my awesome neighbors/lot managers, we have our new floor boards put down in the house! It needs some small tweeking and stuff, but already looks ten times better. We also made two car loads from the old house today and it is nearly empty. I got the bathroom nearly all put together. So it is looking great. I will be hanging curtains in place of three doors tomorrow, just as a temporary fix until we get new doors to put in place. Got both dinning tables put in the kitchen and most of the dishes are put away. The window seal is nearly done, which is good because it is supposed to rain the next few days. This house has so much storage which is great, I just have to get things put away. I ran three loads of laundry and folded and put away two from yesterday.
I took the kids to a church event today to get them free school supplies and free school clothes. Then we went back an hour later because at the end of the event they let you take as much as you want. So me and Mickey got tons of new stuff and Holden got a few things. He is very picky about his clothes. Just like his brother.
I also hit up a bunch of yard sales. I was able to get Chris three more pairs of jeans and four really cool Tshirts. I got me a tshirt that had Yoshi on it. I also got some seriously awesome shoes, I may have to post pictures of them later.
I think we should be able to catch up with everything for the most part tomorrow. We plan on having a huge yard sale. We have a lot of stuff that just needs to go and some stuff to give away. So next saturday, 9am to 5pm. My place!

New House
I am happy to announce I am officially a home owner! We went over today to start working on the place. The previous owners left a lot of their stuff and trash in the house. So we have a lot of work to get done before we move in. We removed all the trash and furniture from the house today. That was horrible to endure because of the heat. Outside is was over 80 degrees and inside at was way over 90 degrees. Chris, Jeremy, Mickey, and I endured the heat and got the first part of the process done.
While cleaning we discovered some defects in the house. First off the floor in the kitchen will need to be replaced due to water damage. Second there is a hole in the bathroom floor that will need repaired as well. These repairs are doable and I'm not too stressed over it. The worst problem the place has that I am ashamed to admit, will be much harder to fix. While cleaning out kitchen drawers I discovered a infestation of roaches. Dirty discusting creatures! We got out everything we did not want to keep and right before we left I had Chris set off four bug bombs. I also went around the whole house laying down boric acid to help kill them. We will go back tomorrow and continue our cleaning from there. We plan at least one more round of bombing and I plan to research some natural solutions to get rid of them to use under the trailer. Our neighborhood has a very large amount of cats and I don't want to accidently kill one while trying to wipe out roaches.
Even with these issues I am very happy to own the place. Considering we only paid $800 for the trailer the problems are very minor! It has three bedrooms and one very large bathroom. It came with a washer and dryer, stove and side by side fridge as well. There is a grill out back and the shed has a fooseball table in it! Oh, and we also got a 72 inch TV. We haven't gotten to test it yet, so we are keeping our fingers crossed.
We have already been discussing plans to remodel it a little more to fit our needs. We need to add a small hallway so the two additional bedrooms have more privacy and the add a wall and a door so I have a additional closet in my room. Then lots of paint.
Very happy and excited about everything that is happening!

OMG!
Okay, I'm not being dramatic, there is a store in the Springfield Mall called OMG! I went there today for the first time. It's a womens accessory store very similar the Claires, but cheap stuff instead. I bought a cute ring and a cuff bracelet. All their accessories are only $1.25 and their purses and make up are higher priced. I was really happy to find such a neat and affordable store. The only down side is some of their jewelry is rather cheesy and cheap. But it does make a great place for some one to shop for young girls jewelry, so if they break or lose it ( like my sister does) then your not at much of a loss!
I spent most of today with my brother, sister, Jeremy, and Justin. We had fun, but they all had me wanting to pull out my hair by the end of the day!

Merry Christmas
First of all this may be the very best Christmas I have had in years. I have a amazingly wonderful loving boyfriend, Justin, who has given me wonderful gifts and showered me in love and affection. My ex who is my roommate, Chris, has been just a great friend all together and very supportive of me. Then my family has been amazing. I was able to buy just tons of gifts for Mickey and Holden. Which seeing them happy and having fun makes this holiday even more amazing. Plus my Dad was in a good mood for once, and it was so much fun having everyone together. Then we added yet another member to the family adoptive wise and have Brandon's friend Heather come spend Christmas with us. We had a amazingly fun get together, were we all got great gifts, and good food. Mickey and Holden got a Wii thanks to Jeremy and we all took turns playing on it.
I am pretty proud of myself because I have been able to ignore small triggers of things that would upset me or ruin the happiness this holiday has brought me this year.
The past few years I can't say I have had bad Christmas's, but they weren't happy or heart warming. I guess you can say I was fairly hum bug, although I didn't show it on the outside.
I am thankful to have enough money right now, I can pay my bills and then some. I am thankful for the fact that Egypt's puppies are healthy and happy. I am glad that me and my mom aren't fighting, because I know it is hard on the kids. Justin isn't a perfect boyfriend, but I am grateful that the longer we are together, the better he gets. I guess I am happy that I do have things good, and I am so glad to have this great Christmas, I know I will never forget it. :)

He was able to find a ton of vampire stories for me. He is into the 39 clues books. So he keeps up with them on there.
We still have a ton of unpacking to do, we have kind of took a break from that. I have been keeping an eye out for Christmas shopping. Holden is the hardest one to buy for. I took him over to his girlfriends house today. She is really nice and I like him spending time with her. He always has nice things to say about her.
I bought Coco a doggy shirt on sale at WalMart. She has been wearing it for a few days, and it looks really cute. I got it for her because she always seems to be cold lately. We still have all the puppies here. I really want to sell them. You just don't realize how much dogs can poop!!
Chris has been working weird shifts the past couple of weeks. He will work like 12 to 16 hours for a few days then be off work for 3 or 4 days. It has been hard on him.
I made up treat bags of Halloween candy for the three of us. I got the candy on sale on the first. The boys really liked it. Oh and I had Mickey with me when we went, and I got a dozen cupcakes to split. We don't really need 12 cupcakes for three people. So I gave them six and took six home.
Sam is a pathetic cuddle monster of a cat. I am trying to write this and he comes and throws himself across my right arm. He just purrs his heart away. Zoe has been super loving as well. I wonder if it is because she wants attention or because it is cold out.
This fall has been going pretty well so far.

It has been interesting. I am going to get tested next Tuesday to find out if I have Lyme Disease. I am nervous because I want to have it and not to have it at the same time. It would mean a cure for so many little problems and yet it would mean one big problem. Things are good between me and Justin. I love him as much as ever. Right now Sam is cuddled up next to me, draped over my arm. I am going to volunteer tomorrow, and I am taking Holden with me. He is going with me because I am spending most of the day with him. Mickey is going into the hospital for most of the day to have tests done. I think I am going to meet Justin's sisters on Friday. I am kinda excited about that. He talks about them often, and then I have a big baby shower gift for his one sister.
Things are going great at Clothing Without Walls. I really enjoy volunteering there. I enjoy the fact that I am helping people. We have been increasing sales a lot lately, which I am super happy about. I hope we can catch up on the rent soon. Once we get the basement organized I want to get some more local churches involved with volunteering and donations, I would love to see more traffic there and to have it more well known. It is nice because Justin goes with me every Tuesday and then Chris goes with me at least once a week. So I am not doing it all by myself.

I was able to get all this information about Lyme Disease from a site. The link it sat the bottom of the page. It was decided that my mother had Lymes Disease even before I was born, so with that, every child in our family has it. Most Lyme Disease is not diagnosed because of the fact it has so many symptoms. Lyme Disease
First off I would like to list the symptoms they have that I am familiar with. I know there is more that they have, that I have no listed. Also as it states on the site for Iowa Lyme Disease Association, having the following symptoms does not ensure you have Lyme Disease, and there is no one test to find if you do think you have it. The exact type of Lyme Disease my family has, has not been decided yet.
Early Symptoms Include:
Fatigue(My mom always wears out so easily and the older the kids get the easier they do)
Muscle and Joint pain(We thought my mom had Fibro myalgia, which was caused by this)
Headache(My mom has had migraines forever)
Fever, chills(constant colds, and flu's for the next few symptoms)
Swollen glands
Migratory pain
Sore throat
Stiff neck
Rash - bulls eye, or other shape, or multiple rashes
Then Later on Symptoms:
Body
Migratory pain
Continual flu-like symptoms'
Low-grade temperatures
Muscle weakness and pain(My mom was told by her doctor she can only work 3 hours a day)
Numbness
Stiff, crunchy neck
Sore throat, swollen glands
Stomach pain
Diarrhea
Nausea, vomiting
Abdominal cramps
Anorexia
Unexplained, weight gain
or weight loss
Neurological
Migraines
Balance problems(my mom has fallen several times and broken bones and dislocated parts because of this)
Dizziness
Poor coordination
Paralysis
Meningitis
Loss of reflexes
Tingling in the extremities
Seizures
Motor dysfunction
Bell's Palsy
Tremors
Tourettes(thank god none of this YET)
Neuropsychiatric:
Mood swings(Sorry mom, your very moody)
Irritability
Poor concentration(my brother can read to you for an hour straight, but you have him doing an activity with you and he will walk away in the middle because he will forget what he is doing)
Cognitive/Memory Loss
Mental deterioration
Depression(my mom and my brother Dakota, both have had to deal with this a lot)
Difficulty making decisions
Difficulty organizing(umm the kids rooms are a mess, and they can't seem to get in a system)
Heart
Irregular Heart Beat
Myocarditis
Pericarditis
Palpitations
Heart Block
Enlarged Heart
Chest Pain
Pregnancy
Miscarriage
Premature birth
Birth defects
(My mom lost both my sisters before birth, Dakota was born deaf, and the kids have all had various birth defects)
Treatments
When to comes to treatment, it can get pretty technical. To keep it short and simple, my family will be on medication for the rest of their life, and have to go to the doctor for treatment for the rest of their lives. These treatments are extremely expensive and are not covered by insurance. The medication will be, but the treatments won't. Many people and families go into extreme debt because of this disease. If it goes untreated, it will eventually kill you.
My family has decided to start a Phoneraiser to raise money to help pay for medical expenses. Basically all I am asking is for your old cell phones, and old ink cartridges. We mail them to a company that recycles them and then they pay us, which will be put toward medical bills. Mickey is only seven and Holden is only ten, and they have been sick most of their childhood. I hope this has been informational and as I learn more I will be putting more up.

I haven't written in a while, not really sure why. I still love to write. I have been doing a lot of swap-bot stuff lately. I am having to cut it short for a while because of the shortage on money. But Justin is supposed to start his second job on Monday or Tuesday. I am pretty excited about that. I think he will like it. We talked about it, and I was worried about him working two full time jobs. I felt really guilty with me only working one part time. But he told me he would rather me not work at all. I don't know if I could ever do that without going crazy, but I told him I don't want to work a ton of hours either, so we settled on things. Everyday he amazes me a little more. I had to come home early from work yesterday, and it was really weird. I got kinda sick, but it came on really fast. Like I was fine one minute and then the next I was ready to hit the floor literally. My manager let me go home, and that was a interesting drive. But I stopped by my moms house on the way and had my dad test my blood sugar. It was oddly high in comparison to what I had eaten that day. My mom has a condition where her blood sugar is too high, which I cannot spell for the life of me. Then being diabetic is when you don't produce enough. I am hoping I don't have the same thing as her, but I already eat healthy.
Justin, Jeremy, and I all went out to Prairie City a couple of days ago and picked up a special needs chihuahua. My mom has been talking about her old dog rusty(who died like years and years ago) and I could tell she could use another dog. Dogs and pets are very comforting and reassuring to people who have mental illness and depression, like me and my mom. I love Coco so much because I can come home to her everyday and know she loves me and needs me unconditionally. My mom has Gretchen, but she has slowly become Koty's dog. Koty leaves and she freaks out. So I got her a this sweet little boy, he has the right side of his face a little under developed. You can't tell except he has one ear smaller then the other. He is adorable and really sweet. He lets the kids hold him and sits in their laps, and he loves to kiss and cuddle. My mom was so happy when I surprised her with him. She had seen the ad too and had emailed the lady. I called her up and asked if I could come out that very night. I didn't want to miss out on this opportunity. My mom is the kind of person that would adopt the one-eyed, three legged dog from the pound. So I knew this little guy would be perfect for her. She has been having troubles of her own and I knew she needed some sort of pick me up. Every time I talk to her now she always mentions him.
The house is looking good, the only thing that doesn't stay kept up is the laundry. Me and Justin tend to slack on that from time to time. But other then that, things stay clean and happy. I can tell Jeremy wants to move back in, but I can't handle that stress. I hope maybe in the future he can mature some and then I can consider it. Until then I am really happy with it just being me and Justin. You know, and four dogs and two cats. I don't know if I wrote about it or not, but I did find spooky a good home. It is a really nice house, way out in the country. I think she will be really happy there. I am still looking for affordable ways to get my dogs and cats fixed.
I am doing really good on my Christmas shopping. I have already got gifts for Mom, Mickey, Holden, and Jeremy. I haven't gotten anything for Justin yet. But he is so hard to shop for. Most of the gifts I have so far are wrapped. Then I have turned the second bedroom into a craft room kind of. I needed a place to spread out my supplies, where the dogs would not eat them. I want to get Justin's dog Skeeter and big dog pillow for Christmas. Last night he was sleeping with one of Asia's little doggy pillows and it was cute and sad. So I wanna get one just for him.

Things are starting to come around for sure. Which is really good. I got hired at the Maytag Dairy. I will be working full time there. Then I will be part time at Wal-Mart. It will add up to more then when I worked at Prairie Meadows, plus there will be no huge gas bill and I get a discount. The only down side is I am not sure about if I get benefits or not. If I do it won't be until next year, which isn't too far off. Justin and I have already started some Christmas shopping. I think we are going out to Prairie Meadows for Halloween. I am going to dress up and enter the costume contest. I am the happiest I have ever been since I found Justin, he is just wonderful to me. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. We finally got the house appraised, and I turned into the paper work to my bank. The other place I was going through was a scam I think. They wanted me to pay before I was approved. Which I can't come out of pocket for that kind of crap. I am trying to get extra for the refinance so we can combine our bills and lower all our monthly payments.
Yesterday WalMart had pumpkins for only a dollar, so I went and bought three of them so that Mickey and Holden each had one to carve and then Justin and I are going to share one to carve. I think is will be a lot of fun. We have been spending a lot of time over at my moms house. She and I have been doing a lot of swap-bot stuff together. I have been having so much fun with the stuff I do on there. I get so excited to see what I am getting in the mail next. I mailed out three packages for two swaps today. I haven't been home yet to check my mail, because they are tearing up the road in front of my house. I guess they are hoping the road doesn't fall apart again this winter.
