When ever I tell people I have two chihuahua's the first thing they say or think, is ew she has two yappy ankle biters. And they aren't! It pisses me off to no end. In a lot of ways that isn't too bad. I used to own a pit, and I am very fond of them. I hate that the government is trying to pass laws now to ban certain breeds!
